For the purposes of this notice, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing:
Personal data is collected, recorded, stored, and used solely for the purpose of communication in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The primary laws and abbreviations applicable to data processing described in this notice are:

3. Categories of Personal Data of the Data Subject:
- Data related to social media plugins (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn) for liking, sharing, commenting, or creating user accounts on the website
- Newsletter and mailing list information
- Registration and user account management
- Job applications and contact forms
4. Data Retention Period:
Personal data will be immediately deleted if the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g., deletion of a user profile).

Data processors are natural or legal persons who process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
6. Cookies
When you visit the login page, temporary cookies are set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain personal information and are discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select „Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. Posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles) from external sources. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. a) YouTube
This site may include videos for informational purposes that are played on YouTube, which is owned by Google. When you watch a video, you will be connected to YouTube’s server, and the server will know which website referred you. If you are logged into your YouTube account while visiting our site, YouTube will receive information about your personal profile. b) Other social networks
HUNMAC is active on various social networks. Clicking icons connected to these networks after visiting the site will link you to these pages. If you have a registered profile on the respective social network, the privacy policy of that network will apply upon clicking.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
9. User Rights Regarding Their Data
Registered users on the website (if any) can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information. Users can request an export file of their personal data, including any data they have provided to us. Users can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about them, except for data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Users have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, access to such personal data.
