Accreditation

The Test and Evaluation Protocol (T&EP) developed by IMAS is a crucial tool for mine action training and practices. This protocol is not just a simple assessment methodology but a comprehensive system ensuring strict and reliable control over explosive ordnance disposal activities.

The importance of using this protocol is outstanding for several reasons. Firstly, it introduces standardized procedures, ensuring the uniformity of training and evaluation processes. This is critical for safety and efficiency, as all participants follow the same criteria.

The protocol allows for the objective assessment of individuals’ and teams’ performance. Objectivity is indispensable in the field of explosive ordnance disposal, where precise and reliable results can be lifesaving.

Certificates issued by HUNMAC are registered in the Hungarian Adult Education Database (FAR) in compliance with Hungarian regulations.

The HUNMAC Training Center holds the necessary national permits, including military technology and adult education permits. It is registered in the United Nations and NATO Centre of Excellence for EOD databases. Additionally, we are members of the Defense Industry Association and authorized for the controlled use of pyrotechnic and explosive materials. This enables participants to enhance their preparedness through realistic simulations, preparing them for dynamic and challenging environments.
