The Hungarian Mine Action Center (HUNMAC) is a nonprofit organization based in Hungary. Our essential tasks are as follows: to enhance and facilitate coordination of all mine action and UXO clearance activities in Hungary, to establish national standards to operate in a safe manner, to execute humanitarian mine action operations in contaminated territories outside of Hungary, and provide training for operators to fulfill the UN standards in mine action operations.
